We have five different options for you to choose from:

1. Pay Bar where customers pay for their own drinks in the normal way.
2. Free Bar we record all drink that we serve and then invoice you for that amount.
3. Partly Free Bar you put a set amount behind the bar and we start charging the customer when this limit is reached.
4. Bar Set up we set up the bar for you to run your own bar. Either just equipment or both equipment and stock. See equipment hire page for pricing.
5. Reception, Table and Toasting drinks packages we have a number of packages available which include all glasses and service. or if you prefer we can tailor these packages however you wish. Please see right for our standard packages.

We do charge the customer for our services, this helps towards travelling, set up and pack down as well as cleaning all of our equipment. How much depends on the number of guests and how far we have to travel, please contact us for a bespoke quotation. (Typically between £100 and £300) If you choose one of our drink packages (right) we will reduce the cost of our services even more, please ask.

On the day of your event we will normally arrive about 2 - 3 hours before the start time, we will install the bar (if needed) and all of the fridges, pumps etc. It is important we know what we are coming to so usually a site visit or a diagram of the premises is needed. After the event is over we pack up and leave the premises as we found it at the start. Ocasionally we set up the bar the day before and pack it up the day after the event.
